| 1. Place of the competition: The championships will be held on June the 28th at the « Centre Culturel et de Congres – Woluwe-Saint-Pierre » which is located at 15 minutes by bus from the hotel.
2. Official hotels: The judges, athletes and followers will be accommodated in the recently build 4 stars hotel, « Courtyard Marriott Hotel - Avenue des Olympiades 6 - 1140 Brussels, Belgium ». Most of the rooms are twin rooms, that’s to say with two separate beds.
There is no need to try to contact the hotel directly: we have booked the whole hotel for the competition. Any information or reservation must absolutely be done through WABBA World asbl!!
Everybody (athletes, delegates and followers) will have to give a copy of their credit card to the hotel, to cover the « extras » that they might order. The responsible person of each nation will have to give his credit card in order to cover the prospective damages caused by the members of his delegation.
3. Arrival and departure: The arrival will be made on June 27th and all the participants will have to leave their room on June 29th for 12h.
4. Coaches and cars: for the nations going to Belgium by the roads, please go directly to the hotel (you can find the address at point 2.). The WABBA World asbl office will be indicated in a private room in the lobby from 12hPM to 18hPM to welcome you.
5. Meals: All participants (athletes, delegates and followers) will be provided breakfast for 2 nights at the hotel. Meals will be organised during all the stay in the restaurant of the hotel during its opening hours and it will be possible to order plain pasta (no salt), boiled white rice (no salt) or grilled chicken (no salt) (to be asked at the order). The payment will have to be made at the restaurant directly.
6. Temporary schedule of the events:
Saturday June the 27th
From 12.00PM to 18.00PM – Registration of your arrival.
Sunday June the 28th
10.30AM – Departure for everybody in buses from the hotel to the « Centre Culturel et de Congrès of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre”.
12.30PM - beginning of the prejudging for all the categories, starting with the junior category.
Attention, no shuttle is scheduled between the end of the prejudging and the beginning of the finale. Please organize yourself to carry all your necessary stuffs.
18.00PM - Final of the 2009 European Championships for all the categories, starting by the Medium Class category
22h30PM – Closing Cocktail of the 2009 European Championship at the hotel.
Monday June the 29th
From 6.00 AM to 12.00 PM maximum : return of the rooms and departure from the hotel.
7. Followers/supporters/journalists/photographers: The organizer proposes them a « package » including :
• 2 nights in a 4 stars hotel (in 2 persons bedrooms) with breakfast,
• the VIP entry to the prejudging,
• the VIP entry to the final competition,
• Closing Cocktail of the 2009 European Championship at the hotel.
• the transport between the hotel and the Centre Culturel of Woluwé-Saint-Pierre
for the amount of 140 €/person.
The payment will be made by cash in euros and ONLY during the registration of the nation that those persons are part of. We don’t accept cheques or credit cards.
8. Climate: The climate in Brussels during June is pleasant, the temperature hovering around 22OC.

2. Hôtel officiel : Les juges, athlètes et accompagnants seront logés dans un hôtel 4 étoiles récemment construit, le Courtyard Marriott Hotel Avenue des Olympiades 6, 1140 Bruxelles, Belgique. La plupart des chambres sont des chambres twins, c’est-à-dire avec deux lits séparés.
Il est inutile d’essayer d’entrer en contact directement avec l’hôtel : nous avons réservé tout l’hôtel pour la compétition. Toutes les informations et réservations doivent se faire impérativement via la WABBA World asbl !!
Chacun (athlètes, délégués et personnes accompagnatrices) devra fournir une copie de sa carte de crédit à l’hôtel, ceci afin de couvrir les « extras » commandés par leurs soins. Le responsable de chaque nation devra donner sa carte de crédit afin de pouvoir couvrir les éventuels dégâts occasionnés par les personnes membres de sa délégation.
3. Arrivée et départ: L’arrivée se fera le 27 juin et tous les participants devront quitter leur chambre le 29 juin pour midi.
4. Bus et voiture : pour ceux et celles qui se rendent à Bruxelles par la route, veuillez vous rendre directement à l’hôtel (vous retrouvez l’adresse au point 2). Le secrétariat de la WABBA World asbl se trouvera dans le hall de l’hôtel entre 12h et 18h pour vous accueillir.
5. Repas: Le petit déjeuner est compris pour toutes les personnes qui logent les 2 nuits à l’hôtel. Le restaurant de l’hôtel sera à votre disposition durant ses heures d’ouverture et pourra vous servir des repas du type : pâtes sans sel, riz blanc sans sel, poulet grillé sans sel (à demander lors de votre commande). Le paiement devra se faire directement au restaurant.
6. Calendrier provisoire des évènements:
Samedi 27 juin
12h à 18h – Enregistrement de votre arrivée.
Dimanche 28 juin
10h30 – Départ pour tout le monde en bus de l’hôtel au Centre Culturel et de Congrès de Woluwe-Saint-Pierre.
12h30 - début du pré-judging de toutes les catégories, en commençant par la catégorie juniors.
Attention, aucune navette n’est prévue entre la fin du pré-judging et le début de la finale. Veuillez vous organiser pour emporter toutes vos affaires.
18 h - Finale des Championnats d’Europe 2009 pour toutes les catégories, en commençant par la catégorie des tailles moyennes.
22H30 – Cocktail de clôture des Championnats d’Europe 2009 à l’hôtel
Lundi 29 juin
De 6h à 12h maximum : restitution des chambres et départ de l’hôtel.
7. Accompagnants/supporters/journalistes/photographes: L’organisateur leur propose un « package » comprenant
• 2 nuits dans un hôtel 4 étoiles (dans une chambre à deux lits) avec petit déjeuner,
• l’entrée VIP au pré-judging,
• l’entrée VIP à la finale,
• Cocktail de clôture des Championnats d’Europe 2009 à l’hôtel après la finale,
• le transport local entre l’hôtel et le Centre Culturel de Woluwe-Saint-Pierre,
pour la somme de 140 €/personne.
Le paiement ne pourra se faire que par cash et UNIQUEMENT lors de l’inscription de la nation à laquelle ces personnes appartiennent. Les chèques et cartes de crédit ne seront pas acceptés.
